Situated in Vickery Meadows, a neighborhood comprised of a primarily immigrant population, 8255 lofts will provide an infusion activity.

This mixed-use complex, which contains 250
residential units, 10,000+ sf of retail, and a City
of Dallas Library, will become a new hub for
the community. The majority of the residential
units will be affordable. Residential parking is
accommodated below the ground level, while
parking is provided for the library, retail, and
residential leasing office at grade.
An internal street is provided, with ample public
space, which can function as a neighborhood “square”
and can be utilized for communal events such as
markets, concerts, and art showings. Program
elements have been placed so as to enliven the
street scape on Park Lane and Ridgecrest Road.
The project is in close proximity to a DART rail
station, making this a perfect opportunity for a
dense, transit-oriented urban development.
