Located in the State of Palestine (east of Israel), this family residence is situated in a mountain village northeast of Ramallah. With four levels including a ground level entertainment level designed around the concept of being sculpted out of the landscape, this residence is truly unique in its surrounding.

The residence utilizes local Jerusalem stone with a variety of installations. The landscape and ground level are rough and large, grounding the residence to the site. The stone sizes decrease in size and become smooth as you transition up to the higher floors. Exterior cladding eventually transitions to smooth Neolith slats that modernize and lighten the upper floors.

A large etched glass screen uses an arabic pattern to reduce solar heat gain and create a stunning artful facade.
