TERRAcourt Residence is a spec house in the conservation-focused Montgomery Farms development in Allen, Texas.  It was conceived as a model for future development standards in the surrounding subdivisions.  TERRAcourt residence was conceived as a series of simple classic volumes that are crisply combined and surrounded by outdoor living space and extensive landscaping.  Stone, metal, slate and wood gives the house a natural warmth with a modern edge.  The home has achieved LEED for Homes Gold.
